MP Bob Ainsworth says it's time to legalise all drugs - will it reduce crime? And 97 per cent of Scottish prisoners will soon be allowed to vote - human rights or travesty?

Bob Ainsworth MP, a former cabiner minister, has said that all drugs should be legally available to get rid of criminal gangs that profit from drug dealing. Do we need to crack down hard on drug dealers? Or is it time to get rid of crime by legalising drugs?

And 97 per cent of scottish prisoners, including those convicted of rape, domestic violence and serious assault will be allowed to vote under European Law. But should convicted criminals ever be allowed to vote?
