Stadia across England are preparing for the announcement. 5 live's Bob Walker is in Nottinghamshire, where he finds that not everyone will be happy if England win the right to host the tournament. Nottingham Forest will build a new stadium if England's bid is succesful - but possible sites at Clifton, Gamston and Sneinton are all proving controversial.

Also, snow is continuing to cause havoc, with 7,000 schools closed across the UK as well as major problems on motorways, railways and at airports. Our reporter Robert Hall has been flying over Gatwick.
