Updates from Westminster as MPs vote on tuition fees. Plus as Dec 1st comes in, we have a cheeky Christmas, and ask: is Panto great, or just annoying?

Tony hears from people cut off by the snow. Patricia in Auchterarder, Perth and Kinross, has been out for the first time in five days. She's been living on couscous and Special K.

The lorry driver holding up hours of traffic on the M1 in Derbyshire joins the conversation.

After the tuition fees vote, we go live to Westminster to speak to Liberal Democrat MPs Stephen Williams and John Leech, as well as Jeremy Buck, who led the student protests in Manchester.

Are one night stands damaging? Rachenda Lee, a chaplain at the University of Derby, tells us why she thinks they can be upsetting.

Panto season is upon us. Bill Buckley, who's been a panto dame several times and Bobby Crush, fresh out of panto rehearsals, both love it. But broadcaster Harjinder Gosal says he'd never pay to watch men in tights.

And as the calendar flips over into December, we host a cheeky Christmas, with Santa live in the studio. And we break a bit of a radio rule, to publicise another station - Christmas FM, who tell us they only play Christmas songs, make up their own news and have 'elf blogs'.
