Murray Walker and former Renault executive director of engineering Pat Symonds on the Sao Paolo attacks; New Staffs hospital inquiry; Hammer horror returns.

Presented by Phil Williams and Rachel Burden.

As gunmen try to attack Jenson Button's car in Sao Paolo, Pat Symonds, the former executive director of engineering at Renault F1, talks to us about regular attacks on F1 teams. He also talks to us in the final half-hour about his involvement in 'Crashgate', and how he regrets not stopping something he could have stopped.

A public inquiry into the scandal-hit Stafford Hospital is about to begin, years after campaigners first demanded an open hearing. In the second hour, our West Midlands reporter Phil Mackie looks ahead to an inquiry which could force major changes in NHS management.

And the Hammer House of Horror is back. At the end of hour two. Simon Oakes, Hammer's chief executive, joins us to discuss the return of the iconic horror production company.
