A Lib Dem MP apologises for breaking his pledge to oppose tuition fees but insists a cap on fees will be less than £12k. Plus, is it a moral obligation to come out if you're gay?

The Lib Dem MP and adviser to Nick Clegg, Norman Lamb, apologises for breaking a pledge he signed opposing university tuition fees before the General Election. Mr Lamb tells Stephen he regrets making the promise to students as it has put him in a moral dilemma. He also tells the programme that a cap on tuition fees will be lower than £12,000 a year.
