The former owners of Liverpool are to sue over the club's sale; David Cameron's intervened to broker a deal in defence cuts; Our reporter in the Chilean mine rescue pod.

As the former owners of Liverpool say they will sue over the sale, Dave Boyle, the Chief Executive of Supporters Direct fears fans will be the real losers. Steve Rotheram, the Labour MP for Walton in Liverpool says legislation should be passed to stop the situation happening again.

Our defence correspondent, Jonathan Beale, joins us to talk about the deal to moderate cuts in the UK defence budget, brokered by David Cameron.
