Social media consultant Colin Fraser reviews David Fincher's THE SOCIAL NETWORK - written by West Wing creator Aaron Sorkin and starring Jesse Eisenberg as the founder of Facebook, Mark Zuckerberg.

We'll hear about two spectacular film events in concert halls in the weeks to come - ICARUS AT THE EDGE OF TIME - a family concert featuring visuals by artists Al & Al, the music of Philip Glass, and a story based on the Icarus myth, written by leading mathematician and physicist Brian Greene; and live organ accompaniment to the classic American horror movie Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde at the Usher Hall in Edinburgh.

With the release of EASY A - a high school movie based on Nathaniel Hawthorne's Georgian novel The Scarlet Letter, Graeme Virtue looks at why so many period novels are being transposed to a contemporary high school setting.
