How much should students have to pay to go to university? Shelagh Fogarty takes your calls.

How much should students have to pay to go to university?

A review into funding, out on Tuesday, is expected to say that there should be no upper limit on the tuition fees English universities can charge.

If the government backs the idea, universities will be free to set their own prices, though most are expected to charge a maximum of 拢7,000.

Nick Seddon from Reform, who supports the removal of the cap, and Sally Hunt from University and College Union, who says the idea is short-sighted, join Shelagh Fogarty to debate the issue with students, lecturers and financially-stretched parents.
