Documentary series following businesswoman Stephanie Booth as she takes over The Wynnstay, a loss-making hotel in Wrexham. With 70 rooms it is one of the biggest in North Wales but has been neglected for years and has a dire reputation, receiving appalling reviews.

Head chef Jimmy attempts to transform the way the kitchen is managed, while the trainee assistant manager tries to cope with his new responsibilities. Plus the hotel's hen party policy is put to the test.
