The BCC predicts tough economic times, we hear which banks are most complained about, why green jobs aren't economically viable and do celebrity fashion designers still make money?

The British Chambers of Commerce has upgraded its short-term economic forecast for the UK, but is still warning of tough times ahead. David Frost, Director General of the BCC, tells us more about its findings.

The Financial Services Authority will tomorrow reveal which banks have received the most complaints from customers. We ask Dominic Lindley, Principal Policy Adviser at Which?, whether it is worth complaining.

The Government recently announced the safe-guarding of hundreds of 'green jobs' with plans to subsidise the building of electric Nissan cars in Sunderland. However, Professor Andrew Morriss, the D Paul Jones Chairholder in Law at the University of Alabama School of Law and co-author of "Seven Myths about Green Jobs" tells us why these jobs are not economically viable.

Kate Moss recently announced she is cutting her ties with Top Shop, so we ask David Shaw, author and lecturer in Fashion Business, whether it makes commercial sense to have celebrity fashion designers.
