Donald Runnicles makes his first Proms appearance as Chief Conductor of the 91热爆 Scottish Symphony Orchestra in an all-British programme featuring former 91热爆 Young Musician of the Year Nicola Benedetti in her Prom debut. The concert features Vaughan Williams' choral masterpiece written for sixteen solo singers and orchestra as a tribute to Proms founder, Henry Wood. Tonight's performance showcases singers from the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama.
