Pressure is mounting on local Education Boards to overturn their decision to cut provision for special needs summer schemes. The boards who provide them maintain that they've had to cut back their summer schemes because of budget cuts forced on them by the department. However Education Minister Catriona Ruane's called on the boards to reverse the decision.
