Time and Tide - Part 1
Mark must prove his leadership skills when the hospital is threatened with power failure. Meanwhile, Donna and Maria are interviewed for the Ward Sister job.
After Mark discovers none of the consultants are backing his CEO application, Mark finds himself dealing with an emergency power-cut caused by a flood in the City. Will he be able to prove his worth?
Maria and Donna are both chasing the job of Ward Sister, but Donna is worried she won't get an interview as she was late delivering her application.
Connie's friends show signs of wanting to pull out of the risky heart operation, so she must try to persuade them to change their minds.
Penny can't forgive Ollie for telling Connie about Scott, so she puts her efforts into showing Linden that she has moved on.
