The Conservatives launch their election manifesto with a call for 'people power not state power', and Peter Allen spends the day on the road with the leader of the Liberal Democrats, Nick Clegg.
In other news with Aasmah Mir, Facebook is to redesign part of its website to help people stay safe online, and two former executives of Northern Rock have been fined and banned from working in banking.
In Sport, the FA say they'll probably relay the Wembley pitch for the eleventh time since the new stadium was built, Van Persie is back in Arsenals squad to face Spurs, and Rangers want the SPL's end-of-season split to be scrapped.
