Nicola Sturgeon is under attack from her political opponents after trying to help a constituent who's facing jail over an 拢80,000 benefits scam. The MSP asked the court to consider "alternatives to a custodial sentence" in the case of her constituent Abdul Rauf. Has she shown a huge lack of judgement, or would any other politician have done the same?
