The FSA is to be given powers to "tear up" bankers' contracts and the British Chambers of Commerce says finance remains a serious problem for firms.

Alistair Darling says the FSA will be given powers to "tear up" bankers' contracts if pay deals reward unnecessary risk-taking. And despite the Bank of England pumping 脗拢200 billion into the economy, the British Chambers of Commerce says finance remains a serious problem for firms.
