News that five senior prison managers have been charged with switching vulnerable inmates ahead of inspections.

Nicky Campbell and Shelagh Fogarty with news five senior managers at two of the UK's biggest prisons have been charged with serious disciplinary offences.

We speak to Phil Wheatley of the National Offender Management Service, Brian Caton of the Prison Officers Association, Dame Anne Owers the Chief Inspector of Prisons and Frances Crook Director of Howard League for Penal Reform.
