Reaction to confirmation that postal workers will strike before Christmas. Dave Ward, deputy general secretary of the CWU, announces his members have voted yes to a national strike.

Victoria also speaks to Jessica Knight who was left in a coma for a week after being stabbed 20. Jessica has now received just under 拢19,000 in compensation but the family is furious.
