Matt Baker and Julia Bradbury visit Belvoir Castle in Leicestershire, John Craven investigates the recent upsurge in cattle thefts, and Adam's Exmoor ponies get a pedicure.

Matt Baker and Julia Bradbury head for Belvoir Castle in Leicestershire to learn about the challenges of managing a historic property in the 21st century. The estate is also playing host to the CLA Game Fair - a celebration of traditional country sports. Matt finds out why angling is the UK's most popular participation sport while Julia crosses the county border to meet the conservationists who have reintroduced ospreys to Rutland Water.

John Craven investigates the reasons behind the recent upsurge in cattle thefts and, down on the farm, Adam's herd of Exmoor ponies are having the horse equivalent of a pedicure.
