Our most famous listener, Alex Carter, spends another three hours trying to put Shaun off his stroke. Luckily, this is his last show for a while.

Plus, after reading that Gary Lineker has three honourary degrees, Shaun decides to get his own. Sort of. He now has a Level 2 NVQ in Motorcycle Maintenance from Middlesbrough FE College. He also speaks to the UK's top spoken word artist, Polar Bear who's at Latitude this weekend, as is 6 Music.
