In a concert given at the Queen Elizabeth Hall, London, members of the 91热爆 Concert Orchestra and soloist perform Lost in the Stars, Kurt Weill's last stage work. Completed in 1949, it is a musical which aspires to the condition of serious opera. It was based on the famous novel by Alan Paton, Cry, The Beloved Country, a dramatic tale of social struggles in South Africa in the years before apartheid.
