There are at least a dozen rebel groups in Darfur - seemingly as dedicated to fighting each other as the Sudanese government. Tadjadine Bashir Niam is a key player in the United Resistance Front whose chairman, Bahr Idriss Abu Garda, voluntarily appeared before the International Criminal Court on war crimes charges. With many aid agencies banned from Darfur by the government, is it facing another humanitarian crisis?
