Phil warns Heather not to talk about him and Shirley but she lets it slip to Ben. Phil rejects Shirley鈥檚 calls. Shirley acts as if this doesn鈥檛 bother her.

Ben plans to invite them to Billy鈥檚 meal. Phil finds out about the meal and says to Ben it isn鈥檛 happening. Ben admits it was Heather who told him about Shirley. Heather goes to see Phil who is drunk and annoyed. Phil shouts at Heather who stands up to him and locks him in the Arches.

Masood and Zainab continue to argue about Syed. Syed comes to the house and tells Tamwar he wants to apologise and come home. Tamwar suggests it would be better if Syed left. Syed won't leave so Tamwar reluctantly accompanies him to the caf茅. Janine introduces herself to Syed. Masood comes in but narrowly misses Syed. Syed admits to Tamwar that he has nothing and nowhere to go. Tamwar gives him money but Syed says it is his family he wants. Tamwar thinks Syed has gone but is shocked to see him going into Janine鈥檚 flat.

Todd asks Whitney out and Ricky persuades her to go. Todd and Whitney hang out on the car lot and things are going well. Todd offers to buy them some chips but forgets his wallet; Whitney finds it and is horrified to discover a condom. Whitney storms off before Todd has a chance to explain.

Billy receives a picture from his kids. Jay is worried about Billy and cooks a meal to cheer him up. Jay doesn鈥檛 put the lid on the blender and it spills all over Billy鈥檚 picture. Billy is furious with Jay for ruining the picture. Jay cleans up and realises that it is a 50th birthday card.
