It is all about getting ready, set, go as we go running and join the LazyTown gang for another energetic episode.
Ziggy's UK adventures continue when he joins friends at the sports track to learn all about running. With the help of his friends, he discovers that the track they use isn't a train track; which animal his friends can outrun; and why you can't pass a lollipop in a relay race.
Meanwhile, the race is on for everyone in LazyTown. Sportacus gets energetic as he introduces his latest exercise of the day. Mayor Meanswell and Bessie Busybody give us the latest headlines from LazyTown news. Stephanie and her friends are on the move again as they show us that no one is lazy in LazyTown.
The Mayor explains how to pass the baton to Stingy, and Sportacus accepts a new challenge from Pixel to run around LazyTown in less than ten seconds. Can Sportacus do it?
