Catherine Bott presents a concert given at Birmingham's Symphony Hall, with the City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra, under the baton of newly-appointed conductor Andris Nelsons, in music by Adams, Dvorak and Bartok.

Featuring John Adams' The Chairman Dances, an orchestral arrangement of music from his opera Nixon in China, followed by Dvorak's Cello Concerto with German virtuoso Alban Gerhardt as soloist.
