Petroc Trelawny presents the 91热爆 Philharmonic performing Mozart and Dallapiccola at Manchester's Bridgewater Hall. Plus British chamber music from New York's Alice Tully Hall.

Petroc Trelawny presents a concert given at Manchester's Bridgewater Hall, featuring a work in the 91热爆 Philharmonic's Neglected Genius series by 20th-century Italian composer Luigi Dallapiccola. His rarely heard Partita, scored for a massive orchestra, draws on the forms and traditions of Italian Baroque and Renaissance music.

This is juxtaposed with works of more modest scoring: orchestral music from Mozart's first major opera Idomeneo and his last symphony - the Jupiter.
