Lauren is desperate for her court case to be over so she can be found guilty and locked up. In prison, Tanya is distraught when she discovers she won鈥檛 be released immediately. Max promises Lauren he will sort everything. Lauren returns from her hearing and tells Max she can stay at Jack鈥檚 until the trial. Abi arrives and attacks Lauren. Max and Jack pull them apart. Later Lauren reveals to Jack she can鈥檛 live in Walford anymore, she鈥檚 moving out.

Stacey worries about Jean. Danielle offers to look after Jean but then receives a call from Ronnie offering her a waitressing job at R&R鈥檚. Jean assures Danielle she will be fine but accidentally puts her duvet on the heater and doesn鈥檛 notice when it starts to smoke. Stacey arrives home just in time to stop a fire. Danielle returns and Stacey tells her she wants her to move out.

Janine continues to spend on Peggy鈥檚 credit card until Peggy receives a call from her credit card company. Janine then plants Peggy鈥檚 credit card on Jay. Peggy confronts Janine, Billy and Jay as she鈥檚 found out all the items bought on her credit card have been delivered to their address. Billy finds Peggy鈥檚 credit card in Jay鈥檚 jacket. Jay protests his innocence but Billy doesn鈥檛 believe him. Jay realises Janine鈥檚 trying to get rid of him.

Dot lies to Bradley that she might be looking after Dotty for a while whilst Nick works away and assures Bradley she can cope with Dotty and Jim when he returns.

Denise is angry when she discovers Zainab called Lucas but later admits she鈥檚 more upset that he hasn鈥檛 called back. Zainab tries to cheer Denise up with Libby鈥檚 book club but soon regrets it when the book under discussion is a little too academic.
