A concert given in the Usher Hall as part of the 2008 Edinburgh International Festival by baritone Dmitri Hvorostovsky, accompanied by pianist Ivari Ilja. A committed ambassador for Russian music, Hvorostovsky's programme includes romantic songs by Tchaikovsky, Medtner and Rachmaninov.
