Pianist David Owen Norris follows Liszt on his record-breaking concert tours as a virtuoso pianist, where he gave a staggering 1,000 concerts over nine years.

Franz Liszt was the most celebrated performer of his day, a phenomenal virtuoso pianist. He was a media-darling who manipulated the press to enhance his reputation, and was adored by his public, the ladies in particular.

Pianist David Owen Norris follows Liszt on his record-breaking concert tours, from Lisbon to Constantinople, Gibraltar to St Petersburg, where he gave a staggering 1,000 concerts over nine years.
