Making the Olympic Dream
Series looking at what it takes to succeed in the world of elite sport, featuring a paralympic dressage rider, a BMX prodigy and two female rowers.
Part two of the four-part series looking at what it takes to succeed in the world of elite sport, and asking what Olympic gold would mean to athletes who have more to prove than sporting ability.
Featuring paralympic dressage rider Lee Pearson, one of the most successful Paralympians ever, who is struggling to stay in his sport because of a lack of sponsorship.
Also, BMX prodigy Shanaze Reade looks forward to the chance to show the world that there is more to BMXing than kids doing tricks, while rowers Annie Vernon and Elise Laverick hope they can help women's rowing break out of the shadow of men's rowing.
