Hussain al-Shahristani is Iraq's Oil Minister. Stephen Sackur asks if his government is prepared to play hardball with the Bush administration.

Relations between Washington and Baghdad have reached a critical point. The Iraqi government has to decide whether it is ready to sign a security agreement which could allow US military forces to remain indefinitely. Then there is the issue of oil.
