Catherine Bott introduces a concert with pianist Simon Trpceski performing Chopin's Piano Sonata No 2, Debussy's Children's Corner and Prokofiev's D minor Toccata.

Young Macedonian pianist Simon Trpceski features in a concert given at Wigmore Hall in London. Young and old are catered for in Debussy's work composed for his daughter, and in Prokofiev's Grandmother's Tales.

These are framed by Chopin's monumental second sonata which includes the famous Funeral March as its third movment, and Prokofiev鈥檚 7th Sonata, composed during the Second World War.
