“New Dinosaur found on Cave Hill” said the Belfast Telegraph on 25th December 2023.
So, I got my backpack and put in my shovel, pickaxe, chisel, brush and a peanut butter and jam sandwich.
I decided to search for the rest of the dino bones because they had only found the left leg. I dug all around near where they found the missing leg and 48 hours later I found the frozen remains. I named it the ice cube-a-rex.
I rented a helicopter and used a rope from my house to lift up the ice-cube-a-rex and brought it to my back garden.
Using my pickaxe and chisel I chipped away the ice. It took me 59 hours to get her mostly out of the ice.
I lit a fire nearby to let her regain her consciousness. That is when I realised she was a close relative to the T-Rex and allosaurus so I knew she must be a large meat eating dinosaur.
By now she was fully conscious and hopping towards me, on her good leg, with her mouth wide open. I ran for my life because I thought I was going to be eaten.
She was about to chomp me when it started to snow.
Luckily she loved the snow and instead of having me for dinner she rolled in the snow making a very large snow angel.
