11. Entrants can only enter individually. Only one entry per person is permitted and the design and supporting design statement must be wholly drawn and written by the entrant only. If entrants submit more than one entry, we will judge the first entry received and disregard the others.
12. The RHS reserves the right to make reasonable modifications to the winning design.
13. All entries will be judged in the first instance by members of the Radio 2 Big Bee Challenge production team and representatives from the RHS, National Garden Scheme and other nominated organisations. This first judging panel will decide which entries should be put forward to the second stage of judging.
During judging equal weighting will be given to the overall design of the garden, the features that will be attractive to bees, the range of plants used and the written statement describing the overall design and why the entrant wants to help the bees.
14. Five back-up entries will be ranked in order of merit to act as standbys to replace any entries that in the verification process need to be excluded from the competition.
15. The second judging stage will select the 20 best entries and be carried out by a judging panel including representatives from 91热爆 Radio 2, the RHS and others to be announced. From the 20 shortlisted entries, the panel will choose an overall winner.
16. Criteria
All entries will be judged against the following criteria:
1) Overall impression
