- Prom related story

- is inappropriate (e.g., offensive, sexually explicit, indecent, disruptive)
- puts children at risk
- infringes anyone’s rights and privacy
- identifies someone else, including in photos (unless you have their permission, or it they are under 16, the consent of their parent or guardian)
It may be the case that the data you provide includes special category data such as Racial and Ethnic background data which may be evident from any visual imagery or audio files you provide. Where the 91热爆 processes Racial and Ethnic background data, this will be on the grounds of substantial public interest for processing data in connection with producing broadcast content.
The personal information that you provide will be processed securely for the purposes of considering prom stories that will be used within the programme.
The legal basis on which the 91热爆 processes your personal information is on the basis of the 91热爆’s legitimate interests in producing the proms content.
We will share information you provide with Livewire Pictures for the purpose of collecting the information about your prom stories. Livewire has been commissioned to produce the 91热爆 Proms Encore series for 91热爆 2.
The 91热爆 and Livewire Pictures are ‘controllers in common’ of this information. This means that the 91热爆 and Livewire will separately decide what your personal information is used for, and the ways in which it is processed.
If your story is chosen, Livewire Pictures will contact you via the contact details you provide to obtain further contributions. This may be via email, telephone or in writing.

The 91热爆 will retain your information until the end of the Proms series. At which point, your personal data will be deleted.
