Ticket prices

Tickets were allocated on a first come first served basis

• Standard standing tickets £16 + £3 administration fees
• Standard seating tickets £20 + £4 administration fees

A maximum of 6 tickets per person applies for 91热爆 Asian Network Live 2019.

The minimum age of the event is 16 years of age. 16 and 17 year olds do not need to be accompanied by an adult 18+. You may be required to provide photographic ID, for example: school/college student ID, passport, photocopy of passport, photocopy of birth certificate, validated UK ID Card, Proof of Age Card.

Booking Fees

Booking fee per ticket is 13% of the ticket cost which covers Ticket Factory staff costs, administration and all other associated ticketing costs. £1.20 venue facility fee per ticket is added to each ticket.

Administration fee= booking fee + venue facility fee

A further £2.55 fulfilment fee per transaction is added to all tickets purchased for events at the Arena Birmingham. This fee contributes to the cost of delivering the tickets, whether it is through the post, electronically or collecting at the venue. The fulfilment fee also contributes to other operational costs and overheads associated with ticket fulfilment. The fulfilment fee will not be payable if a ticket is purchased and collected at the box office at the same time.

How secure is the ticketing system?

All tickets have a unique barcode and a reference number on them that relates to the details of the person who booked the tickets. The barcode will be scanned at the entrance to the event and tickets and invalid barcodes will be rejected. Tickets are fully traceable and we can cancel them at any time by invalidating the barcode.

Please don’t risk buying tickets or obtaining them through unofficial channels – Ticket Factory are the only official ticketing agent for this event.

Disabled Access Information

All visitors with access requirements wanting to purchase tickets for events at the Arena Birmingham are asked to call the Ticket Factory dedicated ticket line on 0800 640 5001. The line is open from 9am to 7pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 5pm Weekends and Bank Holidays. They may ask questions to ascertain the nature of your disability to ensure you are offered the best possible seating and eligibility for a carer ticket.

Please inform Ticket Factory at the time of booking if you require a wheelchair space or have any special requirements, so that they can arrange for everything to be ready on your arrival. They will also assist in finding the most convenient seating for visitors with visual and/or hearing impairments.
