Hannah Clark (vox and guitar), Tom Gornall (guitar) Kelly Donovan (piano/synth) Steve Harris (bass) and Josh Wears (drums) make up Arthur, a whirlwind of teenage boundlessness.

The Hampshire five piece have been together for a year and a half, and are loving every minute of what they do. We asked their favourite moment so far. They gave us three.

The best gig ever was at the top of their list, having played the Point in Fleet. "Everyone was loving it!", so say Arthur. The release of their debut E.P. Floating On Clouds, was next and recording the video was great too, they say. As well as teaching the band a tonne about the technical process, Arthur can now strike a pose like the pros.

The band are all very much into their indie and new-wave, with influences including Sigur Ros, Pretty Girls Make Graves and PJ Harvey. They describe their sound as dynamic indie, adding that a song like Coldplay's Fix You would be an obvious choice for a cover because of its overall power.
