the finalists work with different styles of music so it was tough to
compare.
听
"We all agreed on the night that Josh really delivered
the best set for the 2,500 screaming under 18s there.
听
"We were amazed at the quality of all the contestants,
technically the standard was high and it's definitely something we聮ll
be doing again."
听
Spoony added: "This event has been so valuable
to young aspiring DJs, I'm really proud to be part of it.
听
"It's what we're all here for - Radio 1 bringing
in the next generation of new DJ talent. I wish there was something
like it around when I was a teenager!"
