Rent may vary according to area but may also be subject to negotiations
with the landlord. You will find that the best-kept properties are
slightly more expensive than the more "shoddy" ones and
remember properties are also subject to inspections, which may also
have an effect on the price of the rent.
After searching through "the good old" Yellow Pages a good
hour or two was spent literally stuck to the telephone trying my hardest
to find estate agents which were student friendly, the words "sorry
we dont deal with student accommodation was ringing in my ears
