Plans for new nine-hole Sark golf course submitted
- Published
Plans for a nine-hole golf course in Sark have been submitted.
Similar proposals received planning permission in 2000.
Sark Developments Ltd has put forward the scheme for the west of the island on the Grand Beauregard.
Conseiller Kevin Delaney has put forward the plans and the proposal will be considered by the Development Control Commission (DCC) before a decision is made.
However, Conseiller Delaney is currently a member of the DCC so has said he will not take part in the decision on the plans.
In a letter to the committee Mr Delaney said "it would clearly represent a conflict of interest".
Conseiller Paul Williams chairs the DCC alongside Marcus Barker, Edric Baker MBE and Chris Bateson.
