M4 Cardiff crash: Van driver has life-threatening injuries

A van driver has suffered life-threatening injuries after a crash that shut a stretch of the M4 near Cardiff.
Emergency crews were called at about 15:15 GMT on Friday after a white Renault Traffic van and a silver Vauxhall Vivaro van collided on the westbound carriageway.
The Renault Traffic driver's next of kin have been informed, police said.
Police are investigating the crash, between junctions 30 and 32, and the M4 reopened at about 23:00 GMT.
