Red Sky customer complaints

The complaints concerned poor workmanship, sub-standard cleaning, and in many instances customers said corners were cut when the company installed cheaper kitchen furniture than the contract stipulated.
Complaint A
"Have received a telephone call from a tenant stating that one of her bedroom ceilings fell down after being fixed by Red Sky. She said as a result her child was hurt. She spoke to Red Sky and was advised to contact the Housing Executive for a redecoration grant! This is inappropriate."
Complaint B
"Four windows were stuck with paint. Red Sky's operatives pushed these windows open in a very short time. Red Sky claimed for removing and re-hanging six opening sashes. This was not carried out."
Complaint C
"No new fire reel has been fitted. Could I please have an explanation as to why this has been claimed?"
