Oxford: Body found after river search for man in flat cap

Police searching for a man in a flat cap who entered a river 16 days ago have found a man's body in the water.
A white man was seen entering the River Thames at Osney Mead, Oxford, at about 13:20 BST on 9 April, police previously said.
Emergency workers in dinghies searched the river for him while helicopters circled overhead.
Police said the body of a man in his 70s was found in the water at 19:45 on Wednesday.
A member of the public spotted the body at Longbridges Nature Park, about 2km (1.2 miles) downstream from Osney Mead.
Police said there were no suspicious circumstances.
Officers said they had informed the man's family and had withdrawn their appeal for information about the incident on 9 April.
