Pedestrian, 65, critical after Runcorn roundabout crash

A 65-year-old man is in a critical condition after he was struck by a car on a roundabout.
The incident occurred at about 01:15 BST on Sunday near Runcorn Spur Road roundabout.
The pedestrian suffered serious injuries in the collision and remains in hospital, officers said.
Cheshire Police have appealed for information and requested anyone with dashcam footage to come forward.
