Ex-Lincolnshire PC faces misconduct hearing over theft

A former Lincolnshire Police officer faces a misconduct hearing after admitting theft.
Ex-PC Kevin Darby pleaded guilty to the theft of a black police issue Artkis jacket at Lincoln Magistrates Court on 15 February.
The former officer, who was based at Gainsborough, was given a community order of 12 months and 100 hours of unpaid work.
An accelerated misconduct hearing is scheduled to take place on 25 April.
The hearing is due to take place at Lincolnshire Police Headquarters at Nettleham.
