St Annes stab wounds death 'no longer suspicious'

The death of a man in his 50s who was found with stab wounds is no longer being treated as suspicious.
The man was pronounced dead by paramedics at a house in North Houses Lane, St Annes, on Monday afternoon.
Lancashire Police said a 55-year-old woman who was arrested on suspicion of murder had been released without any further action.
Det Ch Insp Jane Webb said police were not looking for anybody else over the death.
"I appreciate this incident will have caused the community a great deal of concern and I would like to thank them for their patience as we fully investigated how the man came about his fatal injuries," she said.
"My thoughts remain with the deceased male's loved ones at this incredibly difficult time."
A police spokesman said following a post-mortem examination and further investigation by detectives "we can now confirm that the man's death is no longer being treated as suspicious and officers are not looking for anybody else in connection with it".
