Gregory Kelly death: Two charged with murder

Two men have been charged with murder following the death of a man struck by a black Audi, police said.
Warwickshire Police said Gregory Kelly, 26, from New Arley, was hit by the car and then assaulted on Manor Road, Atherstone, at 21:25 BST on 25 March.
He was taken to hospital with head injuries and died five days later.
Phillip Austin Picken, 55, of Manor Road, Atherstone and Neil Barnes, 33, of no fixed address, appeared before Warwickshire magistrates on Friday.
They will appear at Warwick Crown Court on 10 April.

Police said a 56-year-old man from Tamworth, arrested on Thursday on suspicion of murder, had been released under investigation.
A 41-year-old woman from Atherstone, arrested on suspicion of perverting the course of justice and assisting an offender, remains in police custody.
A 38-year-old man from Atherstone remains on bail after being held on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm with intent.
