He says he needs "someone with experience in putting together decks and writing proposals".

He's been meeting the governor of Illinois to talk about funding for the city's education budget.
The 23-year-old also started modelling for Chicago-based designer Joe Freshgoods and his Thank You Obama collection last month and is going on a three-month tour of North America in April, May and June including a headline slot at Wireless Festival in July.
One potential applicant for the intern job seems to have taken the process extremely seriously.
Negele Hospedales is a Canadian graduate currently living in Sydney, Australia, and he knows a lot about Chance the Rapper.
He's created a web page called which includes his entire CV, references, a cover letter and his portfolio including examples of his branding skills, social media experience and writing.
"As a long time follower, participant, and documentarian of the Chance the Rapper brand (and related acts), I believe that my skill set, knowledge, and experience make me an extremely strong candidate for the position," he's written to the star.
"I have been to 4 concerts in 3 different cities and 2 different countries (an anticipated 3rd country in Sweden this summer)."
He also has his own and has launched his own .
But there are plenty of other people pitching themselves.
