Box office hit 'celebrates life'

Disney/Pixar's latest animated film, Up, is proving a hit at the UK box office. The movie, about an old man who takes his house on an adventure with him, went straight in at number one taking £6.4 million. Director Pete Docter and producer Jonas Rivera say they were given free rein to come up with ideas and the film's about celebrating the ordinary things in life.

Having seen this film I cried and laughed, so it's not the easiest subject matter to sell is it?
Dogs feature very heavily in this. There was a little boy behind me in the screening that I saw, absolutely crying with laughter at the dogs. Who's idea was that?
Because we all know that Pixar is probably the greatest place to work ever, do you get to take your dogs to work?
When I was chatting to some of the people about Ratatouille they were saying how you can decorate your offices in any way you want. Somebody had a bar in their office. What have you done with your office?
We have to talk about the 3D in this film as well. It seemed to me that it was used in this film more for the beauty of how it looked as opposed to tricks of things coming at you. Is that right?
The message of the film as well seemed to me that you should celebrate the ordinary and everyday in your life as opposed to trying to find the spectacular. How did that message go down at Disney?
