'The age of secrecy has to go'

The identities of Baby Peter's mum and her boyfriend have been made public for the first time. Tracey Connelly and her partner Steven Barker were both jailed for their part in the toddlers death but for legal reasons their names had been kept secret. All three could be given new identities when they come out of prison. Their local MP Lynne Featherstone thinks that's fair but says it's important they've been named.
